Instructions for Use:

After your shower, in the evening, apply The Body Retinol to areas that require treatment. Make sure your skin is clean before applying. Avoid using any moisturizers on top of the retinol. Begin by using The Body Retinol once a week, increasing to daily use over time. Apply sunscreen before going out in the sun.
